  • Water cooled kickless weld cable runs in the arm of the robot for protection.

  • Plug-in connections from the equipment control panel to the robot base.

BASE FRAME: Arc welded structural steel table top base assembly for turntable mounting.

WATER TANK: Stainless steel welded tank
assembly for flood cooling water, approximately 150 gallons. Re-circulating pump and filter integral with tank.

FIXTURES: Dual fixtured manual turntable utilizing pneumatic clamping to secure the dishwasher tub
during the seam welding operation.

MACHINE CONTROLS: Fully integrated robot control and weld control system.

OPERATOR CONTROLS: Full operator push-button control panel, with two (2) line display, and remote robot teach pendant.
