BASE
FRAME: Arc welded structural steel base supports for mounting of equipment
and components. An operator platform is included.
UNCOILER: This equipment can be supplied with either a vertical or multi-coil stacking horizontal uncoiler.
COIL STRAIGHTENING: A multi roll straightener unit is integrated with a Servo drive system to feed the coil stock and remove the waviness from the material.
FORM TOOLING: All for tooling is manufactured from high quality tool steel, hardened and ground to precise tolerances to match customer requirements.
WELD GUNS: All straight acting weld guns are manufactured by Savair Products Company. These guns are adequately sized to perform the spot welding operation.
TRANSFORMERS: Manufactured by Roman, Inc., these transformers are wound for 440 volt, 60 hertz operation.
WELD CONTROL: A Medar 3005 series weld control, 250 amp breaker, 1200 amp SCR package, and a size 4 ASEA. This Medar weld control is Allen-Bradley Compatible.
PLC EQUIPMENT: One (1) SLC 540 series PLC unit controls this operation.
